My experience at Enterkine House Hotel was quite a mixed bag. The setting and historical charm of the hotel are wonderful, and I found the staff to be attentive and courteous. However, our wedding day ended up being a total disaster due to major sound issues that were not disclosed to us, ruining not just our first dance but the entire reception. To make matters worse, the aftercare and handling of our complaints were incredibly disappointing, leaving a sour taste overall.
